There was a fire outbreak at the Federal Ministry of Education in the Federal Secretariat, Abuja. According to latest reports, however, the fire has been extinguished by men of the Federal Fire Service.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained as the place and its environs are still in disorder.
The fire, was said to have started around 2pm this afternoon and is believed to have affected some items in the building
According to reports, the fire started at the sixth floor and is believed to have affected the seventh and eighth floors. It is still unknown whether there are any casualties.
