Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri subtly warned Africa's most popular reality show, Big Brother Naija on Friday to stop roommates from using the platform to promote their favorite presidential candidate.

Head of Big Brother House, Eloswag had subtly displayed his support for Labour party's presidential candidate, Peter Obi on Thursday. Eloswag subtly backed Obi and his running mate Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed as he wore a hoodie that read "Be Obedient and Useful."

Reno however posted an indirect message via his Twitter handle: Dear @BBNaija, your show is getting a lot of attention in Nigeria. Apolitical is an advantage. The action on the show can polarize viewers, which could have real-world ramifications. You may need better care to prevent it from happening again. "
