Senate to live-stream and live-tweet screening of ministerial nominees, requests questions from Nigerians

The Senate has announced that the screening and confirmation process of the first batch of President Buhair's ministerial nominees will be streamed live on the National Assembly website- www.nass.gov.ng and www.senate.gov.ng

The Senate through its official Twitter handle @NGRSenate made this known, expressing that it will also take questions from the public on the same Twitter handle, using the hashtag: #MinisterialScreening.

The Senate's Twitter handle will also be providing live tweets throughout the screening process.

All questions must be received before 5pm on Monday.

According to the Senate, the screening will create an avenue for Nigerians from all walks of life to partake in governance.

It also assured that the submitted resumes of ministerial nominees will be made available in the public space for Nigerians to examine.
