Special Adviser to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina has said in a statement, that the President received with shock and immense sadness, news of the passing away of the Deputy Governor of Borno State, Zannah Umar Mustapha.
According to the statement, Buhari “On behalf of himself and the Federal Government, extends heartfelt condolences to the late Deputy Governor’s immediate family and his relatives.”
The statement further said that the President also commiserated with the Borno state governor, Kashim Shettima and the entire
people of Borno State on the loss of Mustapha, who passed away while on an official assignment in Yola, Adamawa State.
