The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has appointed a new Public Relations Officer.
The new PRO, Deputy Comptroller, Ekpedeme King, replaces the incumbent spokesperson, Assistant Comptroller Chukwuemeka Patrick Obua who has now been moved to the Lagos Command.
Until his deployment, King was the second-in-command at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, (MMIA) Ikeja.
Obua during his tenure upgraded the Service’s newsletter to a full-fledged magazine with legal personality and also hosted the 2014 Comptroller-General’s Conference and Stakeholders Interactive Forum among other things.
The Service wishes him well as it welcomes Ekpedeme King as the new Service Public Relations Officer.
