Self-acclaimed "eccentric millionaire" and computer anti-virus creator John McAfee, has announced he wants to join the race for U.S president as a third-party candidate.
According to McAfee, who turns 70 next week, "I am founding a new party yet to be announced,"
He also now has a campaign website to that effect and is reportedly no longer associated with the popular McAfee antivirus that bears his name.
According to reports, details about his new party, though still not announced yet, may be available before the end of today, Wednesday.
He posted on his official handle on twitter, "We will have our official announcement at 6pm Eastern tomorrow"
