Jennifer Hudson, 33, a former Weight Watchers ambassador has revealed that her hectic daily schedule, doesn't allow her workout much. So what's the secret to that gracefully slender figure again?
She says she keeps the weight off by simply watching what
she eats and staying active with her son David, who turns 6 this month.

Hudson told PEOPLE at New York & Company's Soho Jean Collection event "In the summertime, I like to do outdoor activities with my son like bike riding, playing basketball or skating" and added that she and her fiancé David Otunga are very active parents.
She says "making it fun" helps her remain fit. In her words, "if I'm not comfortable and if I can't Jennifer-ize it and make it enjoyable for me, it's not going to happen.
"We were outside in our front yard recently playing ball and I was like 'What other parent does this?' I know they think we're the strangest people, but we keep up with the kids." Hudson said.
