Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez has left Manchester United to join Bayer Leverkusen on a three-year contract.
Leverkusen announced that Hernandez, 27, passed a medical on Monday after being allowed to travel to Germany. with a reported fee of 8.75 million agreed.
The deal was reportedly completed for a fee of £8.75 million
The forward's last appearance for United came as a substitute in a 4-0 win against Club Brugge last week, when he missed a penalty.
Hernandez scored 59 goals in 157 games appearances for United joining Van Persie, Nani, Di Maria, Jonny Evans and Rafael da Silva on the list of those who have left the Premier league club this summer.
