Popular transgender, Caitlyn Jenner (formerly known as Bruce) could be charged for manslaughter after she was involved in a multiple-car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu on February 7.
Police investigators said, they found her driving "unsafe for the prevailing road conditions."
Jenner's SUV reportedly hit a woman's car from behind, sending it into oncoming traffic where it was hit by another SUV.
The 69 year old woman, identified as Kimberly Howe died at the scene police investigations revealed.
Jenner however, is not guilty of gross negligence, as she "was travelling under the posted speed limit," Police Detective Curry said.

Jenner released a statement after the accident, saying "My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident.
"It is a devastating tragedy, and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them."
Jenner's case will go to the district attorney next week to see if it is worthy of a misdemeanor violation for involuntary manslaughter.
If convicted, Jenner could face up to one year in county jail.
